Volunteering couldn't be easier.

Below is a listing of contacts who can assist members, who have registered for the convention, to find a volunteer activity.

Alcathon: Send an email to the alcathon chair (here) if you would like volunteer by email. Please include your name and phone number in the message.

Coffee: Let's not let anyone get upset about not having it available when it's needed. I'll post a link here in a couple of days to sign up.


The Hospitality Committee is seeking groups, districts, and individuals to serve as volunteers during the convention.

Groups and districts: Can you provide coverage for a shift (2 hours or so) in our Hospitality room? You’ll be responsible for visiting with guests, keeping the coffee flowing, providing some snacks if possible, and tidying up the room as needed. We will need coverage for approximately 15 shifts of 2 hours each.

Individuals: Your basic responsibility will be to work a shift (2 hours or so) at various locations throughout the hotel and provide directions and information to Convention guests. If you like to tell people where to go (don’t we all), this is the job for you!!! We will need coverage for approximately 100 shifts of 2 hours each.
