- Much discussion regarding Area 23 meeting topics.
- District 28 was asked to host the Area Assembly, Nov. Finance Committee meeting. Mark declined at this time due to financial constraints, but we will try for 2025.
- Discussion of District Event. (Tentative 10/19/24) Catered food to be determined while reducing expenses. Theme to be discussed at next District Meeting. Speaker will be Janet F.
- Discussion on which weekend should be the GSR District 28 meeting to keep consistency.
